Do i have glandular fever ? - can you have stomach pain with glandular fever

GF has been diagnosed, had earlier this year around May or June, but said it was him and his only a few that remain in my blood I've been going on for good. It is now October and I recently with a man who has glandular fever now connected. this was about 4 days after the Anschluss diagnosed. The next day I was very ill and could not eat because I felt like it wouldnt stay down. Now I can eat, but my throat is very painful and I feel very tired and pain in the back and abdomen. Is it possible to get it again or can only once?
